We recognise that Health and Medical facilities operate 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Since BioCair Infection Control Solutions will typically be adopted as part of the mainstream Infection Control protocol it is critical to have machines operating at optimum levels at all times.
Annual Service Contracts
Annual maintenance contracts are available to mitigate risks and ensure that your devices are in service 24/7. If the Field Service Engineer is unable to repair a device while on site, Sanital also offer the option of "Loan Device Coverage". With this additional service package Sanital will install a loaner device, to keep you operational, while your device is repaired by Sanital's factory trained technicians..
